How long does it take to receive my custom neon sign?
Most custom orders are handcrafted and delivered within 2 to 3 weeks. We also offer an express shipping option at checkout if you need your glow sooner.
Are your neon signs energy efficient?
Yes, our signs use high-quality LED neon flex technology. They consume significantly less energy than traditional glass neon and remain cool to the touch, making them safe for home use.
What is included in the box with my sign?
Each Voodoo Neon sign comes with a power adapter tailored to your country, a remote control for dimming and effects, and a wall mounting kit for easy installation.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We provide a 24-month manufacturer warranty on all indoor signs and a 12-month warranty on outdoor signs, covering any electrical defects or craftsmanship issues.
Can I use my neon sign outdoors?
We offer specialized weatherproofing for an additional fee. If you plan to hang your sign outside, please select the 'Outdoor Use' option during the customization process.
What is your return policy for custom designs?
Because custom signs are made-to-order based on your specific design, they are non-refundable. However, if your sign arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you.
