At Voodoo Neon, we want your space to glow perfectly; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your neon sign within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-designed pieces are handcrafted to your specifications and are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or defective.
Initiate Your Request

Quality Inspection
Provide clear photos of the sign, including the illumination and the packaging, to help our team verify the condition and eligibility for a return.
Pack and Ship
Once approved, securely pack the neon sign in its original protective foam and box to prevent breakage during transit, then attach the provided return label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or store credit back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
